The Status app is currently in its beta stage. This means the application is still undergoing active development, and certain features described in this document may function differently or be unavailable within the app.
Clearing a group chat history clears all messages inside the chat.
Only the group chat owner can clear its history for all members. If you're not the owner, you clear the chat history just for yourself. Everyone else still can see the full group chat history.
Once you clear the chat history, it's irretrivably lost.
- 1From the tab bar, tap.Messages
- 2Open the group chat whose history you want to clear.
- 3From the top navigation, tap.More options
- 4Select.Clear history
