Status Mobile v2.34: More New Chains, In-App News Feed, Watch Address & More
We’re back with another powerful release — Status v2.34 brings major new functionality to Status Mobile, including in-app news and the ability to watch Ethereum addresses.
Important: This is a mandatory upgrade for anyone on v2.31 or below. Due to a breaking change in how historical community data is queried, older versions will no longer work as expected.

We’ve added support for:
- Binance Smart Chain – Swap, bridge, send, or receive tokens, and interact with dApps.
- Status Network Testnet – For testing and experimentation with tokens and connecting to dApps.
These additions expand what you can do with the Status app and where you can use it.
We’ve added a Status News Feed in the Notification Centre to help you stay up to date with releases, announcements, and the latest from the Status team — all without leaving the app.
Now you can enter any Ethereum address or ENS name to watch it within the Status wallet. Up to 20 addresses can be added.
You can now filter enabled networks or enable/disable networks through the Network dropdown.

- Fixed some of the message longtap options disappearing until re-login after unmuting chat
- Fixed exchange rate order for swaps
- Fixed error reporting when password entered
- Fixed adding more participants than the allowed group chat limit
- Updated Keycard connect stage while changing PIN
- Fixed overlapping icons on the authentication slider
- Fixed issue related to disabled bridge assets
- Fixed wrong address opening when attempting to edit a saved address
- Fixed quick transaction setting when bridging ERC-20
- Fixed max value rounding in bridge and send pages
- Fixed messages not being delivered if the sender's device time is set manually
- Fixed transaction time estimation
- Entered PIN now cleared if user entered the wrong Keycard PIN
- Allowed iOS auto-correct to update message text before sending message.
