The Status app is currently in its beta stage. This means the application is still undergoing active development, and certain features described in this document may function differently or be unavailable within the app.

If you set custom notification settings before, but you don't receive the notifications you expect any more, you can reset your settings. Doing so removes any exceptions, and the notification settings return to their default values.

You can reset your notification settings for communities, channels, group chats and direct messages (DM). Here's how:

    From the tab bar, tap
    Communities
     to reset your notifications settings in a community or channel, or tap
    Messages
     to reset your notifications settings in a group chat or DM chat.

    Tap the community, channel, group chat or DM chat where you want to reset the notifications settings.
  3. 3
    In the top navigation, tap
    More options

    Tap
    Notification settings
    .
  5. 5
    Tap
    Reset to default notifications settings
    .

    Tap
    Change settings
    .
